The ACL CSC400 Combustion Safety Controller is an advanced, reliable Burner Management System that provides burner ignition and flame fail sensing for single or dual burner applications.

The CSC400 is simple to use but powerful in its capabilities and safety controls. It monitors three separate thermocouple inputs that can be used for temperature control in process applications such as tanks, line heaters, re-boilers or any other applications where accurate temperature monitoring and/or control is required.
​
The CSC400 provides two 4-20 mA inputs and outputs for shutdown, monitoring, and/or transmitter requirements, as well as Modbus communications built in.

ACL CSC200
The ACL CSC200 Combustion Safety Controller is an advanced, reliable Burner Management System that provides burner ignition and flame fail sensing for the following applications:

The CSC00 is a simple to use controller with two thermocouple inputs that can be used for accurate temperature monitoring and/or control in process applications.
The CSC200 provides full first out annunciation of all the shutdown inputs such as Level, High Temperature, Remote Shutdown, Pressure, Proof of Closure, Flame Failure, and Power Failure. The CSC200 also has Modbus communications built in.

The CSC400-FD is simple to use but powerful in its capabilities and safety controls. The CSC400-FD provides control for fuel and air ratios for fine tuning. The CSC400 provides two 4-20 mA inputs and outputs for shutdown, monitoring, and/or transmitter requirements. Modbus communications for measurement and control is provided as standard.

ACL IGN400-PM Ignition Module
The ACL IGN400-PM Ignition Module is designed to light and monitor a pilot, reacting quickly to a loss of flame and acting to relight the pilot. It uses a single flame rod for both Ignition and Flame sensing, displaying the flame signal strength on the display and with LED indication. The Ignition Module can also monitor a main flame using a second Ignitor rod.
