Rush Cube Combustor

Models: 500, 1000, 1500

The Rush Cube is a highly versatile, low cost vapour combustor designed to destruct volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and BTEXs produced from casing gas or storage tanks. 

 

The Rush Cube eliminates the need to install expensive vapour recovery units (VRU) or uneconomical incinerators and provides an economical alternative to venting or flaring.

The high efficiency burner provides low pressure continuous burning capabilities, high combustion efficiency, low emissions, zero odours, no visible flame, and increased flame stability with excellent turndown ratios for low pressure applications.

The Rush Cube comes complete with pre-built and pre-mounted B149.3 compliant valve train, CSA approved Class I, Div II ACL CSC400 controller, air intake flame arrestors, and temperature monitoring thermocouples for a complete plug-and-play system.

BGR High Pressure / Low Pressure Vapor Combustor

Model: BGR 36-HP/LP

The BGR-36 Combustor is designed to destruct volatile organic compounds (VOC’s) and BTEX’s resulting from casing gas venting, oil storage tanks, dehys, produced condensate and water storage tanks, as well as depressuring vessels and pipelines.

The optional high pressure 3″ line on the outside of the combustor chamber provides high pressure blow down capabilities or additional low pressure flaring capabilities. Interchangeable flare tips allow for a wide range of flow rates in compliance with NSPS Subpart A flare velocity requirements.

The patented high efficiency burner inside the combustor chamber provides low pressure continuous burning capabilities, no visible flame, low emissions, reduced odors and increased flame stability with excellent turndown ratios for low pressure applications.
